How Device Triage, Repair & Refurbishment Works

Step 1.

Collection & Intake

Faulty or end-of-lease devices are collected and transported to a secure facility. Assets are logged into the inventory system on receipt.

Step 2.

Triage & Assessment

Devices undergo diagnostics and condition checks. Repair costs are assessed and a recommendation is made to repair, refurbish, or recycle.

Step 3.

Repair or Refurbishment

Certified technicians carry out repairs or refurbishment where approved. Devices are quality tested and data is securely wiped where required.

Step 4.

Replacement & Redeployment
