Ellie Scott
Systems Administrator
Novatech gave me the opportunity to get into a role that I only dreamed of. They have given me the tools to grow, gain knowledge and experience all while giving me freedom to try things myself and trusting me in the process. If you have the drive and want to learn or try something new, managers are always accommodating and genuinely thrilled to see you getting involved and evolving. The business has many avenues for advancing, whether that’s in your current department or taking a chance and applying to one of the internal adverts. You may just find something that really resonates with you and allows you to do something you love and might never have had the chance to try before. The company is always developing. There are regular workshops and training on various subjects from equality, charity. LGBT+, disability and mental health, just to name a few. Also, the coffee machine is free!!

Head of Engineering
I started at Novatech after deciding to pursue a new career in my early 30s, I came in as a repair technician over 12 years ago. Since then, I have progressed to my current role as Head of Engineering primarily due to the opportunities and culture provided at Novatech. Within Engineering, people are recognised for the skills they develop and bring into the role, and the potential and enthusiasm that they possess.
Megan Gibson
Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager with over 10 years of experience in IT, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a wide range of clients to help them find solutions that truly make a difference. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to help teams recover lost efficiencies, especially through our Device Lifecycle Management service. For me, it’s about more than just sales – it’s about building trusted relationships and empowering clients to streamline their processes and improve their operations.
