Flexibility
From your very first day, you can apply for flexible working, we look at every request fairly and with care.
For most office-based roles, we offer a hybrid working setup. After a minimum of 1 month of in-office training when someone first joins us, you’ll have the chance to switch to a mix of three days in the office and two working from home. It’s a great balance that keeps life and work in sync, while making sure we stay connected, communicate easily, and keep our teamwork strong.
Working Hours
We’re big on boundaries, when your contracted hours are up, it’s home time. In fact, we’re usually the ones nudging you to head out the door if you try to stay behind. We want you to enjoy your evenings and weekends as much as your workday.
Quarterly Social Allowance
Every quarter, we give people an allowance to do something fun together. Whether it’s clay pigeon shooting, an escape room challenge, or grabbing drinks and dinner, it’s our way of making sure you get some proper downtime with your colleagues. We often have people from across different departments going out together – it’s a great way to build long lasting connections with people across the business.
Short Notice Annual Leave
Life happens, and sometimes you need a few days off at short notice. Our annual leave policy lets you request up to three days of short-notice holiday – no stress, just support when you need time out.
Holiday Purchase Scheme
Planning a big trip or just love having extra chill time? You can apply to purchase additional holiday (up to a set amount) and spread the cost over the year. Loads of our team take advantage of this, because rest matters.
All-Company Summer & Winter Events
We love a good get-together. Each summer, we throw a company awards bash and party to celebrate our wins from the previous financial year. There’s also our “Lunch on Us” treats on office days spread throughout the year and a legendary end-of-year party each December, complete comes with music, questionable dance moves, and sometimes karaoke!
Wellbeing & Health
Mental Health
We’re serious about supporting mental health. Our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme offers confidential help, including private counselling. Around 10% of our team are trained Mental Health First Aiders, and all managers are equipped with mental health and disability awareness training.
We take part in national awareness events like Time to Talk Day and Mental Health Awareness Month, often joined by organisations such as Mind to spark open, supportive conversations.
Health & Wellness
Every team member gets access to a free healthcare cash plan with savings on gym memberships, dental care, physio, and private GP services. We also promote active living through initiatives like National Walking Month and Cycle to Work day.
