Service band A

For minor upgrades to your system such as installing Expansion Cards (PCI/PCI-e), Fans, CPU Coolers, Solid State/Hard Disk/Optical Disk Drives, Software (non-OS) install, Standard Power supply unit replacement, CPU or Memory installation, our engineers will perform the upgrade and fully test the system.

Service band B

For a small repair such as Hard Drive Forensic Formatting, backing up a hard drive onto external media, closed loop water cooling installation or Power Supply replacement with discrete cable management (case dependant) our engineers will perform the job to high standards and fully test the system afterwards.

For major upgrades to your system such as any of the following; Operating System install, PC Case swaps, Motherboard replacements, Laptop screen replacement or damages to the Laptop chassis, our engineers will perform the upgrade and fully test the system.

Service band D

With unlimited labour, our engineers will fix more complicated repair jobs on your system and fully test it afterwards. The diagnosis is included and you wont have to pay for any labour to get the machine back to full health, its all included. The only additional payment would be for any needed parts, and our engineers will call you up to discuss any options before proceeding.

Machine Diagnosis

If you think your PC or Laptop has an issue, bring it to our showroom or call us to arrange a collection at your convenience. Once our comprehensive tests are complete our engineers will impartially advise on the best course of repair for your machine. A complete test report is provided on completion.
